KWASU Pre-admission Online Registration & Screening 2018/19.

This is to invite all UTME/DE candidates in the under listed categories for the 2018/2019 Pre Admission Screening Registration into Kwara State University, Malete (KWASU):

1. Those whose choice of Institution (First or Second) is Kwara State University, Malete; and
2. Those interested in Admission into Kwara State University, Malete (KWASU) but have not made it their Choice.

All candidates must have five (5) o’ level credits in relevant subjects at not more than two (2) sittings. Candidates awaiting O’ level results can also apply but they will not be considered for admission until their results are available. Online registration starts from Thursday, 26th April, 2018.

Admission into Kwara State University, KWASU.

Admission into Kwara State University is based on merit. Applicants are expected to possess minimum O’level, UTME, and POST-UTME, or other entry requirements.

1. Applicants seeking admission into KWASU regular based programmes and KWASU other programmes are to ensure that all information entered about them are true and correct to the best of their knowledge.
2. Applicants seeking admission into KWASU other programmes must first visit www.kwasu.edu.ng for stipulated entry requirements, and then follow the instructions to proceed with an online application.

KWASU Pre-admission Online Registration Fees.

Candidates are required to pay the sum of Five Thousand Naira (N 5,000.00) only (i.e. Three Thousand Naira (N 3,000,00) as screening fees and Two Thousand Naira (N 2,000.00) as administrative charges.

Required Documents for KWASU Pre-Admission Online Registration.

Keep ready with you the following details / documents / Information, before starting to fill up the on-line application

1. Valid and active Email ID
2. Personal details
3. Educational qualification details
4. Image of scanned photograph in jpg / jpeg format and size should not exceed 50 KB
5. Image of scanned signature in jpg / jpeg format and size should not exceed 50 KB
6. Image of scanned certificates in jpg/jpeg, pdf format and size should not exceed 50 kB

KWASU Pre-admission Online Registration & Payment Instruction.

1. Visit KWASU Pre-admission Online Registration Portal and then click “Create account” button.
2. Fill in the Application form, by entering your details
3. provide your Names
4. provide your phone number
5. provide your valid email address
6. Under Academic Program, select Undergraduate (Regular)
7. Under “Mode of Entry”, select UTME or DE as applicable to you
8. Under “Mode of Study”, select Full Time
9. Under “Centre” select KWASU
10. Click Register
11. On the next page, click save and proceed to payment
12. On the “PRE – ADMISSION SCREENING REGISTRATION FEE” page, Check and keep the payment details generated and click “Make Payment”
13. On the “CONFIRM PRE–ADMISSION SCREENING REGISTRATION FEE”, click ““Pay Now””
14. On the payment platform displayed, enter your card details and click the “Pay”
15. Once your payment is successful, you will be automatically directed to your registration page where you can complete other stages.
16. After completing the registration stages, it is important to print your Registration form and Payment Receipt.
17. If you have successfully paid, and wish to continue your registration stages later, you should just login directly using the username and password sent to you via email and SMS, to access your registration portal.

In addition to all the requirements states above, all candidates must know that final admission into the University is based on meeting the University’s and the Academic Programme’s cut off points in UTME when they are set and also on the availability of spaces within the NUC approved admission quota for Kwara State University, Malete (KWASU).
