NUBA Poly 2018 Clearance/Registration [Freshers & Returning Students]

The Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Nuba Poly has announced the commencement of Registration and Clearance Exercise for all Freshers and Returning Students for the 2017/2018 academic session.

All Freshers and Returning Students are advised to proceed with the Registration and Clearance Exercise from Tuesday 2nd January, 2018 - Friday 24th January, 2018.

Admitted Candidates who has successfully printed their their admission notification slip via https://nubapoly.edu.ng/ will be issued original Admission Letter on successful completion of screening to enable them register within the period specified above.

Go back to the portal to print admission notification from the internet using your application number.

Proceed to the office of the director of the school you are admitted to, for first screening and collection of an admission Letter.

Proceed to the bank indicated on your admission letter to pay your registration fee using the admission letter. The bank will issue you a customized teller and receipt for this purpose.

Visit www.nubapoly.edu.ng to print the payment acknowledgement and course registration (Form C).

Proceed to the Registration Officer at the directors' Office for documentation.

Return the central file to the registration Officer and Submit the departmental file to the department accordingly.

A. National Diploma [ND] Students Registration Fees Schedule
Registration fees: =N=27,500.00
Bank Charges: =N= 200.00

Candidate are advised to bring their scratch cards for School Certificate (i.e O level) and JAMB where applicable.
 
Candidates are also to bring along all original and photocopies of their credentials, five (5) passport photograph and a letter of undertaking to be of good behavior.

Accommodation fee is =N=6,090.00 (where available and on the basis of first come first served).

Registration starts on Tuesday 02nd, January, 2018.

Registration closes on Friday 26th, January, 2018. Any Student that fails to register before that date automatically forfeits the admission.
 
Please note that registration by proxy is not allowed. So do not give any body money to register for you.
 
B. Higher National Diploma [HND] Students Registration Fees Schedule
Registration fees: =N=32,500.00
Bank Charges: =N= 200.00

Candidate are advised to bring their scratch cards for School Certficate (i.e O level) and JAMB where applicable.

Candidates are also to bring along all original and photocopies of their credentials, five (5) passport photograph and a letter of undertaking to be of good behavior.

Accommodation fee is =N=6,090.00 (where available and on the basis of first come first served).

Registration starts on Monday 4th, December, 2017.

Registration closes on Friday 22nd, December, 2017. Any Student that fails to register before that date automatically forfeits the admission.
