Candidates are not allowed to sit for more than one level/grade of examination grade at a time. No candidate will be allowed to sit for a higher examination grade if he /she has not passed the lower grade, and no candidate will be allowed to change his/her cadre except if he/she produces a copy of change of cadre approved by the appropriate authorities.
