Job Position: Marketing/Sales Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibility
The responsibilities of the ideal candidates will be to:
Market Affordable and Luxury Ready-to-Wear to big Companies (T-shirt Contract and others), schools (School Uniform Contract and others), individuals, etc, depending on the target population.
Be greatly involved in Digital Marketing; create and manage e-commerce and social media platforms, manage website, and create “Search Engine Optimization”.
Be alert and respond to customers request, needs and inquiries on social media
Make sure that pictures of products are posted and changed regularly.
Supervise the Sales Rep, and the delivery man, making sure that the customers receive their orders at the right time and ensure that the customer is happy.
Provide creative assistance.
Be part of the Design Department, to understand certain fabrics that fit certain designs.
Get credit facilities for the Organization; negotiate with fabric manufacturers for credit sales, purchase fabrics at affordable haggled price, meet with sewing machine dealers, and purchase machines at affordable haggled prices.
Record day to day transactions.
Give style suggestions and ideas to clients, based on their body type and size.
Be aware of all products, sizes available, and their prices.
Come up with marketing strategies to enter new market, attract customers, and retain loyal customers.
Develop marketing and sales plan.
Follow up with leads and seal deals.
Create database of all customers (online and physical store) contact information, purchases, and other details, monitoring their behaviour, and updating them with new products /services.

Minimum Qualification
OND/HND/B.Sc in Marketing and other relevant Social Science disciplines.
1 – 3 years working experience, with at least 1 year relevant experience.
Must be conversant with Digital Marketing.
Candidate must not be more than 28 years, as at Dec, 2017.
Female only (fashion firm, Ikeja), Male or Female (fashion firm, Surulere).
Proximity to the location is compulsory; (Ikeja and Surulere).
Competencies and Skills:
Ability to persuade, negotiate and sell products.
Must possess basic accounting skills.
Sociable, kind and persuasive.
Should possess Managerial and Leadership skills.
Good appreciation and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools.
Ability to listen, and articulate the issues and demands of customers, and meet them satisfactorily.
Creative and Innovative.
Have great flare for fashion and aesthetics.
Ability to communicate properly, articulately and coherently, orally and in writing.
Ability to develop, build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers.
Salary Range
Between 40,000 – 50,000 naira with other benefits

Job Position: Marketing/Sales Officer (Software)

Location: Lagos

Responsibility
The responsibilities of the ideal candidate will be to:
Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of the softwares articulately and confidently to customers in estates and other required market.
Create database of all customers contact information, purchases, and other details, to monitor their behavior, and network with customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
Come up with Marketing Plans and Strategies to enter new market, attract and retain customers.
Generate new business leads and arrange meetings.
Market and promote a portfolio of products in a persuasive way to capture the interest of people, by writing and designing sales literature, and coming up with slogans and stories.
Write proposals and reports.
Meet sales targets set by manager and contribute to team targets.

Minimum Qualification
HND/B.Sc Marketing and other relevant Social Science discipline.
Should be conversant with Digital Marketing.
ICT certification or ICT work experience is an added advantage.
Should have had work experience in Estate and Facility Management.
Should not be more than 30 years of age, as at December, 2017.
2 – 3 years working experience, with at least 2 years post NYSC relevant experience.
Proximity to location is compulsory; Yaba.

Job Position: Marketing/Sales Officer
Location: Lagos

Responsibility
The responsibilities of the ideal candidate will be to:
Carry out outdoor marketing to big Companies, Schools, and other establishments, to get their printing work on retainer ship basis and robust customer base; making sure that they offer their printing work daily, monthly, and yearly to the organization.
Periodically administer questionnaires to clients, for feedback on product.
Develop a marketing and sales plan.
Come up with slogans and sales literature to persuade and capture the interest of people.
Create database of all customers contact information, purchases, and other details, to monitor their behaviour, and to update them with new products /services.
Come up with marketing strategies to enter new market, attract customers, and retain loyal customers.
Follow up with leads and seal deals.
Deliver products to customers and on time.

Job Position: Marketing/Sales Officer
Location: Lagos
Responsibility
The responsibilities of the ideal candidate will be to:
Market and sell Security materials such as; CCTV cameras and recorders, Cables and wires, Electric Fences, Burglar alarm, etc.
Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
Generate leads, source and develop client referrals.
Calls, trade shows, executive events, direct mailings, product seminars, webinars, and advertisements, flyers, sign posts, organic search engine optimization, word-of-mouth referrals, social media platform and other channels.
Prepare and present sales contracts.
Develop sales proposals and budget.
Plan and conduct direct marketing activities.
Develop and maintain customer and suppliers database.
Conduct product training to retailers, installers, customers, etc.
Monitor and report sales activities and follow up with management.
Take inventory of items in the shop and give reports.

Develop retention strategies:
Respond to sales inquiries, requests and complaints through phone, mails or in person.

Job Position: Marketing/Sales Officer (Hardware)
Location: Lagos

Responsibility
The responsibilities of the ideal candidate will be to:
Market and sell CCTV’s, Inverters, and other related products through outdoor marketing, and also, meet Sales Target.
Get existing customers feedback on products, their quality and deliveries.
Plan and Project Marketing events.
Any other duties as may be arranged by the MD or Directors.
Create Social Media Marketing Platforms.
Develop Creative and Innovative ways of communicating and selling products.

Minimum Qualification
B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, and other related disciplines.
3 – 4 years related work experience.
