Job Title: Campus Ambassador – Fresh Graduate/Undergraduate
Location: Nationwide

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Generate new leads and repeat sales by providing quality information to customers in a timely manner
2. Client relationship management – past and present clients via calls, emails, and outdoor/corporate marketing.
3. Give feedback from customers to Management
4. Present a professional image at all times to customers
5. Provide market intelligence in areas such as competitors, appropriate feeder route opportunities, and other information that may be useful to the company.
6. Achieve agreed targets within budget
7. Focus on winning prospective customers as well as maintaining relationship with existing ones
8. Constant follow up on all enquirers to the point of closing the deal.
9. To identify and attend conferences and events with potentials for student recruitment
10. Maintain accurate contact information on clients

Skills and Qualities

1. Excellent customer service skills
2. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
3. Outgoing, with strong interpersonal skills and self motivation and ability to convince others
4. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
5. Team player and ability to work with little or no supervision
6. Good negotiation skills and persuasiveness
7. A smart and professional appearance/manner
8. To enjoy networking and meeting new people.
9. Ability to understand the market and competitors’ market
