DAY 1
Monday, 7th May, 2018 – Convocation Press Conference

• Venue: 3-in-1 Conference Hall, Faculty of Education, Ojo, Lagos
• Time: 10:00am

DAY 2
Thursday, 17th May, 2018 – Convocation Cup Competition for Staff

• Venue: LASU Sport Centre, Ojo, Lagos
• Time: 10:00am

DAY 3
Friday, 18th May, 2018 – Convocation Cup Competition for Staff (Final)

• Venue: LASU Sport Centre, Ojo, Lagos
• Time: 10:00am
• Friday, 18th May, 2018 – Special Jumat Service
• Venue: University Mosque, Ojo, Lagos
• Time: 1:00pm

DAY 4
Sunday, 20th May, 2018 – Special Thanksgiving Service

• Venue: University Chapel (Chapel of Light), Ojo, Lagos
• Time: 10:00am Prompt

DAY 5
Monday, 21st May, 2018 –  Coconut Breaking Festival

• Venue: Badagry Gate Entrance,

• Monday, 21st May, 2018 –  Command Performance & Convocation Play by the Department of Theatre Arts and Music
• Titled: LOVE’S UNLIKE LADING, written by a prolific writer and Emeritus Professor of Theatre, Professor Femi Osofisan and directed by Dr. Tunji Azeez.
• Venue: University Auditorium Complex, Ojo, Lagos
• Time: 2:00pm Prompt

DAY 6
Tuesday, 22nd May, 2018- *Convocation Lecture*

• Topic: Role of Tertiary Education in Promoting Social Cohesion and Peace: Opportunities and Challenges for Nigeria.
• Convocation Lecturer: Professor Abubakar Adamu RASHEED mni, MFR, FNAL. Executive Secretary, National Universities Commission (NUC).
• Chairman of the Day: His Excellency, Chief (Dr.) Olusegun Aremu OBASANJO, GCFR. Former President, Federal Republic of Nigeria

Wednesday, 23rd May, 2018 – Award of First Degrees and Diplomas in all Faculties.

Thursday, 24th May, 2018 *Award of Higher Degrees*

• Venue: University Auditorium Complex, Ojo, Lagos.
• Time: 10:00am

Graduands are to join the Convocation Procession by 9.30a.m. Graduands in each Faculty are expected to be seated in the sections provided for them in the University Auditorium Complex.
