FUAM Change of Course Form 2017/2018 Session

This is to bring to the notice of candidates who applied for Admissions to the University of Agriculture, Makurdi for 2017/2018 for Agricultural and Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering and Biochemistry but are yet to be placed on admission list.

They are by this notice requested to check the under-listed courses/programmes that are suitable to their UTME course combination and apply as follows:

Category A
Candidates who applied for Agricultural/Civil Engineering course but yet to be placed on Admissions with UTME Subject combination as follows:

1. English Language
2. Mathematics
3. Physics
4. Chemistry

Are legible to apply for the under-listed Courses/Programmes:

1. Statistics/Computer Education
2. Mathematics/Statistics Education
3. Chemistry Education
4. Physics Education
5. B. Sc Chemistry
6. B. Sc Physics
7. B. Sc. Mathematics
8. B. Sc Statistics
9. B. Eng. Mechanical Engineering

Category B.
Candidates who applied for Biochemistry but are yet to be placed on Admissions with UTME subjects combination as follows:-

1. English Language
2. Physics
3. Biology
4. Chemistry

Are legible to apply for the under-listed Courses/Programmes:

1. Agricultural Economics
2. Crop Production
3. Crop & Environmental Protection
4. Plant Breeding & Seed Science
5. Soil Science
6. Animal Science
7. Forestry
8. Zoology
9. Botany
10. Agricultural Science Education

Candidates who had applied for Agricultural and Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering and Biochemistry but were not offered admission in their course(s) of first choice are by this notice requested to indicate other courses/programmes of interest as highlighted beside their names.  This is to enable us process your admission please.

1. The affected candidates should visit http://entry.uam.edu.ng/utme and login with their JAMB number as username and 14-Digit PIN as password (14-Digit Number issue upon payment for the previous/just concluded Post UTME screening).
2. Upon successful login, select a new programme of study. The programme of study should be ONE of the THREE programme options available as indicated against your name.
3. Candidates who fail to effect change of programme appropriately as indicated will be disqualified.
4. Candidate are expected to effect the change of course on the JAMB website to facilitate the processing of such admission.

Note: Candidates are NOT required to make any payment to the University of Agriculture Makurdi to effect the change of programme.
 
A. Please note only candidates who have the scores of 220 and above are qualified to apply for B. Eng. Mechanical Engineering.

B. Candidates are to ensure they effect changes on the course they choose on JAMB website accordingly.

C. Candidates are to submit their change of course slip at the ICT café in South-Core for necessary action.
