UNIBEN School of Nursing 2018/2019 Admission Application Form.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the UNIBEN School of Nursing 2018/2019 Admission Application Form.
UNIBEN School of Nursing 2018/2019 Admission entrance examination into the above University of Benin School of Nursing in March 2018 for Eighteen (18) months (post-Registration) Nursing Programme leading to the award of Registered Nurse Certificate (RN).
Qualifications and Requirements.
Candidates or applicants must posses the following qualifications below to be eligible:
1. Candidates must not be less than 18 years old.
2. Must possess the following: WAEC/GCE (0/Level), SSCE/NECO with Five (5) credits in not more than Two (2) sittings in the following subjects; English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics.
3. Candidates must also possess Registered Midwifery Certificate (RM) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse Certificate (RPN).
APPLICATION FORM:
Application forms should state Age, State of Origin, Local Government Area, School(s) attended with qualifications obtained and addressed to the Principal.
COLLECTION OF APPLICATION FORM:
Application forms are obtainable from the office of the Principal with a non-refundable fee of N10, 000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only.
This should be made payable to ANY UBTH REVENUE OR UBTH TREASURY SINGLE ACCOUNT (TSA) VIA THE REMITA PLATFORM IN ANY COMMERCIAL BANK UNDER THE SERVICE TYPE “TRAINING SCHOOL, SCHOOL OF NURSING.
A separate payment of N200.00 to Nursing and Midwifery Council Committee, Edo State Account No. 2004854377 First Bank of Nigeria Plc Benin City.
Candidates are to submit Four (4) recent colour passport photographs (taken in preceding two weeks) while returning the completed applications forms.
UNIBEN School of Nursing Application Deadline:
Closing date for submission of completed forms is Monday 19th February, 2018 and there shall be no extension for candidates after the set closing date.
EXAMINATION: WEDNESDAY 21ST FEBRUARY, 2018
TIME: 10:00AM
