UNIJOS Passed Stern Warning To Students On Indecent Dressing And Use of Social Media

The management of the University of Jos, UNIJOS has passed a stern warning to students on their mode of dressing (indecency in dressing) and the use of social media to publish anything negative about the institution.
Professor Sebastian Maimako, Vice-Chancellor of the institution passed this directive on Wednesday during the matriculation ceremony for 7,000 students ahead of the new academic session.
The Vice Chancellor further stated that students must obtain written permission from him through the registrar, before they go ahead to post such information.
Prof. Sebastian Maimako added; “In line with the extant rules of the university, no student is permitted to publish anything concerning the university without the written permission of the vice-

Prof. Sebastian Maimako unleashed the ban of any form of indecent dressing, directing security agencies to arrest any student whose appearance was deemed inappropriate.
