Northwest University Notice To All Graduating Students On Result Collection

This is to notify all graduating students of the Northwest University, Kano that their degree statement of result is ready for collection as from Wednesday 17th May, 2017 from the following Staff in the academic office.

However, before any result can be issued, you are required to present a photocopy of the following documents for documentation;

• "A" Level statement of result (s) for DE candidates
• "O" Level statement of result (s) for both UTME and DE candidates
• Admission Letter
• Birth certificate or declaration of age
• Indigene identification certificate/attestation
• JAMB admission letter (or evidence of request)
• JAMB result slip for (UTME) candidates and JAMB Registration E-slip for DIRECT ENTRY (DE) candidates
• Letter of reference as specified in the admission letter
• Medical certificate as specified in the admission letter
• Passport size photograph (white colored background)
• Primary school leaving certificate or testimonial
• Scratch card for checking ‘O’ level results(s) (WAEC, NECO etc) for those who did not submit
• Transcript of academic records for ordinary Diploma and National Diploma candidates
