FUTO Student Clearance Notice, Requirements for the Clearance

The Federal University of Technology, Owerri Student Clearance is been conducted by the Head of Various Departments in School.

Each HOD is been tagged his/her Department on the wall for easy Identification.

The Clearance will be pretty fast and simple if only Students come to the Clearance Venue which is the Conversation Arena with the Required documents, instead of coming with all the Certificates and documents the person has.

The Clearance is done according to your Faculty, department by department.


Below is the Sample of the Clearance Receipt.

• When you come, you submit the Original Copy of the stamped affidavit from Imo State high court.
• The Photocopy of your Surcharge Fee Payment Receipt from the bank....The Photocopy of your School fees receipt.
• After the Clearance, you would be given a Stamped Clearance Receipt as proof that you have actually cleared.
• Go and Photocopy the Clearance Receipt, then return the Photocopy to them for documentary.

NB: If You haven't paid your School fees, you won't be allowed to clear. You must come with the School fees receipt.
