 Lets get the pen busy.

Leadership (Who is a Leader?)
Leadership is a capacity to guide, being a fore-front viewer, take care, shepherd a group of people assigned under your jurisdiction at a specific time or moment. How do you mean? When leadership comes in, it simply takes a square formulae: Authority + Task + Mission/Objectives = Success as a "Perfect Leader".

A leader is expected to have his/her own Mission/Objectives in order to perfect his duty assigned to him at a particular moment. Wait a little. I'm not saying a leader must be assigned either by the government or a body that gives you a job or whatever, leadership can either come in action even when you come across something or someone not in the right track then you try putting him/her the right position. Its simple!.

So leadership entails performing a task and making sure those objectives of yours are met.

An Exemplary Leader
Well, this might sound rare but its the main reason to be a Leader. An Exemplary Leader is that type of leader who has everything it takes to be a LEADER. He has the ability, he has the mission and vision, he has the objectives and he is diligent in every work he do. Mind you, he must be accountable for his duties.

This type of leader sees every duty of his as the most important in his office. True leadership lies here. Exemplary Leader listens to every problems before they even arise.

Take for example, A teacher in a class trying to pass information to his students and he fails to understand that there are some students in his class which are slow learners. All he does is concentrating on the active students. That's bad of him. But an Exemplary leader, through his way of life, his coordinace, his dressing, his speech, his view on things/people even influence others to be like or imitate him. Thats a "Perfect Leader".

Difference between Leader and an Exemplary Leader
When you talk about Leader and Exemplary Leader, a big gap flows between these two category of persons. A Leader only guide while an Exemplary Leader Educate and Influence even with his way of life.

Things To Do In Order To Attain Perfect Leadership in the Classroom
Being Organized: A Perfect Leader has to be Well-Organized in all aspect either Moral or Intellectual

Mode of Dressing: Dressing has been a major factor to learning. A leader ought to show himself as an example while choosing his dress code. You cant put on chains or paint off your whole face (for the female leaders) and expect your students not to copy from you.

Good Communication Skill to Students: This is another key factor to becoming a Perfect leader. Being audible should be your concern because you dont expect your students to make a pause everytime he/she is lost. You are the Leader, you've to find them before they even fall off.

Mildness:  Friendliness is necessary to every leader. Some leaders find this part very hard to do. But I bet you, before lectures begin, make interactions, try to know their views, problems and get points from them before presenting yours. This will even make you plan your lessons accordingly. Students will find you each time they are lost.

Ability to Carry Followers Along: Just as being mild, students requires a leader who they can rely on each time they find a problem difficult. Most especially mathematical problems.

Self Confidence: A leader must be sure of the decisions he takes so as to be confident while explaining or defending his actions.

Hospitality: A caring leader is a loving leader. All good leaders ought to be caring to their students.

Acceptance of Responsiblity: All perfect leaders must be prepared to take up responsibilities and perform necessary tasks.

Summary
An Exemplary leader is what every leader should aspire to be and not just an ordinary leader. There are numerous theories about leadership, or about carrying out the role of leader on the internet. If this tips are not too enough, hit the internet button and search for more.
