What is an Interview?
Interview is a form of interaction between the applicant and a representative of the Company
Why is Interview Necessary?
Interviews are necessary to be conducted by Managers of any organization or firms to interested persons in any vacant position available in the firm to assess whether or not to hire the applicant.
How to be successful in any Interview Session
To be successful in any interview, the following must be done:
Dress well: Dress moderate to the taste of the position being sought for. For instance if one is applying for a job in a bank, you dress like a banker and not just a casual dressing.
Punctuality: Arrive on-time to the interview venue, that is when the interview is scheduled for 9:00am, you should be at the venue 2 hours ahead of time.
Be patient: most times interviews don’t begin at the scheduled time not because the person in charge of that aspect is not around or busy but want to see how patient you can be in time of delay.
Be relaxed: let anxiety be far from you, be composed, acquit yourself to the environment, walk around, take a deep breath and be relaxed.
Answer the question thrown at you: during the cause of the interview, answer the question thrown at you directly without adding or subtracting anything. Also be brief.

Make sure your credentials are complete, neat and accurate.
